¿Hay alguna manera de actualizar el firmware sin conectarse a un dispositivo Android?

Mi sprocket no se conecta a ninguno de mis dispositivos. Sospecho que esto se debe a que el firmware necesita una actualización, pero no puedo hacerlo sin una conexión. Lo cargué por completo, desconecté/olvidé, volví a conectar, desinstalé y reinstalé la aplicación, restablecí la rueda dentada y la probé en varios dispositivos. Cualquier sugerencia recibida con gratitud.

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Sprocket will not connect to android device. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
Reset the printer.
Turn on the printer.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.

Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
I did some research and found that there is no firmware update available as of now for the HP Sprocket printers. If there is any firmware update released then you may update it via the sprocket app. Please refer to “Update the printer firmware” mentioned under “What if the printer does not print?” from this link.
