Iphone8+ no verá Sprocket en Bluetooth

Intenté seguir las instrucciones a continuación y aparecen como un mensaje en mi teléfono... PERO la rueda dentada no aparece, a menos que la encienda y vuelva a encenderla (no en el orden que se indica a continuación).después de hacer eso, se mostrará, pero no se emparejará porque dice "No se admite el emparejamiento fallido de HP Sprocket EO:45".

Aparte, si alguna vez hago que esto funcione, ¿puedes conectar dos iPhones a la impresora? Supongo que puedes, pero tal vez no al mismo tiempo.

Don’t worry I’ll be glad to help you with this.
Is this the first time you’re trying to connect the printer?
The HP sprocket app or printer firmware might be outdated, or the printer might be connected to another Apple iOS device.
On your mobile device, go to the HP sprocket app (in English) in the App Store and check for an update.
On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app and make sure the printer firmware is up-to-date.
Turn off the Bluetooth feature on any nearby Apple iOS devices, and then try to reconnect your Apple iOS device.
For detailed troubleshooting steps, go to Cannot Connect, Print, or Update Firmware (Apple iOS).
