Los cartuchos de tinta no se insertan correctamente en sprocket studio

Acabo de comprar un sprocket Studio y he intentado insertar 3 cartuchos de tinta y cada vez que intento imprimir aparece un mensaje de error para cambiar el cartucho de tinta. Cuando retiro el cartucho, la película se daña y, por lo tanto, no se puede utilizar. Por favor, ayuda ya que acabo de desperdiciar 3 cartuchos en perfecto estado y no se imprimió ninguna foto.
