No puedo encenderlo, no hay problema con la batería

Hola,

Tengo una impresora de piñones que siempre funcionó bien. La encendí después de unos meses y estaba bien, la aplicación de mi teléfono me pidió que actualizara el software y yo también. Entonces la aplicación dejó de funcionar mientras actualizaba el software, así que cerré y volví a abrir la aplicación (¡sin pensar en las posibles consecuencias!). Después de eso, el espía de la derecha se puso rojo estable y permaneció así durante un día, no pude encender la impresora ni hacer nada. Después de un día en que el espía está apagado, cargué completamente la impresora (espía verde al final) pero aún así no puedo encenderla. Intenté restablecerlo pero nada había cambiado. Gracias por tu ayuda

    Try Resetting the Printer and check if it works

    Turn on the printer.

    Locate the reset button near the charging port.

    Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.
    The printer resets and turns off.

    Turn on the printer.

    If the issue persists, I would suggest here is to contact our HP support team for further assistance. 
    HP Support team can be reached on www.hp.com/contacthp
    Select the product type.
    Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
    Select the country from the drop-down.
    You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
