Hpsprocket 2 en 1 no se apaga ni se conecta a Android

Aparece un mensaje de error una y otra vez... No se puede conectar a la impresora.

Las luces LED y rojas no se apagan y tampoco la impresora se conecta al teléfono.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If the Sprocket does not print when you send a print job or turn on when you press the Power button, reset the Sprocket with a straight pin to clear any errors.

Turn on the Sprocket.

Remove the paper cover by sliding it away from the output slot, and then set it aside.

Remove the paper cover

Locate the Reset button.

Gently insert a straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The Sprocket resets and turns off.

Turn on the Sprocket.
