HP Sprocket no se conecta

Mi Sprocket no estaba imprimiendo. Así que saqué la impresora y la quité de mi Bluetooth. También eliminé la aplicación. Luego volví a descargar la aplicación e intenté volver a conectar mi impresora, pero mi teléfono no la encontró. Lo he intentado todo, reiniciando mi teléfono, reiniciando la rueda dentada, ¡lo que sea! Por favor, hágame saber qué más puedo hacer, ¡estoy muy molesto!

    If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers – Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
     
    Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
