HP Sprocket no carga ni enciende

Mi HP Sprocket funcionaba bien hace unas horas. En medio de la impresión se apagó por completo. Lo conecté y se encendió durante unos segundos y se apagó. El indicador de carga solo estaría encendido cuando el producto estuviera encendido. Dejé que se cargara durante los 90 minutos sugeridos con la esperanza de que simplemente hubiera un problema con el indicador de carga y ahora el producto no se enciende en absoluto. Intenté restablecerlo y todavía no tuve suerte.

I see that the printer does not power on, follow the steps below-
Reset your mobile device and Sprocket
Reset your mobile device and Sprocket to clear any error states.
Turn off your mobile device, and then turn it back on.
Turn on the Sprocket.
Remove the Paper Cover, and then use a narrow object, such as a pen or paperclip, to press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds until the Sprocket turns off.
NOTE:
The location of the Reset button varies by Sprocket model. Typically, the button is located underneath the Paper Cover, but can also be found on the outside next to the charging port.

Turn on the Sprocket.
If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
