La calidad de la rueda dentada HP es realmente mala

La calidad de impresión en mi sprocket es realmente baja ya que todos los colores están apagados e imprime las fotos mucho más oscuras de lo que realmente son. No espero una calidad perfecta, pero comparé mis fotos con docenas de reseñas en línea y las mías son definitivamente de menor calidad, incluso cuando imprimo fotos profesionales de muy alta calidad.
He intentado todo para arreglar esto, incluyendo;
última actualización de firmware,
reemplazar el papel para recalibrar con la hoja azul
rueda dentada completamente cargada
restablecer la rueda dentada
usa papel original
apagó la configuración de experiencia integrada
permita que la impresora se enfríe
y no usado papel dañado
O debo devolver/cambiar, y/o devolver todos debido a varios problemas de calidad.
Realmente espero que haya una solución porque si no fue así, fue una enorme pérdida de dinero

DId you try printing from multiple devices?
What is the OS associated with the printer?
Let’s try these steps:
DavidSMP I am an HP Employeeuninstall and reinstall the sprocket app and check if it works.
If it continues, then As you’ve tried all the print quality related steps, the issue could be with the printer. I will send you a private message to assist you with the next course of action. Check your forum private message box in the upper right corner next to the bell icon.
