HP Sprocket imprime con tono marrón

Hola HP. Ha pasado más de un año e innumerables actualizaciones de firmware de Sprocket y actualizaciones de aplicaciones de iOS, pero los problemas persisten para mí y para todos los demás usuarios de Sprocket que he conocido. ¿Tienes una respuesta? ¿Deberíamos todos esperar que nuestras fotos se impriman con un tinte notable? ¿Por qué no puedes compensarlo con tu firmware?

I too have the same issue despite using all of the different colour settings, without success. Everything has a brownish hue. Please advise. Thanks in anticipation
