HP Sprocket imprime líneas blancas

Hola, mi impresora hp sprocket se cargó por completo, se instaló el firmware más reciente y se colocó papel de zinc azul debajo de la pila de películas con el código de barras hacia abajo. Sin embargo, he intentado imprimir varias veces con el mismo resultado observado. Fotos adjuntas.

How did firmware 1.1.8 ruin the device? Mine’s at 1.1.8 too and I have the white lines at the end of photos too. It’s really frustrating coz I followed all steps in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/sprocket/sprocket-Improving-Bad-Print-Quality/td-p/6333506 and nothing works. Model: HP Sprocket 100 SNPRH-1603
**bleep**ing upgrade of the firmware to 1.1.8 ruined the device, and to think i was going to buy 100 sheets from amazon, bleep you hp, this device is now garbage
