Impresora hp sprocket luz roja

¡hola! Tengo una impresora de fotos hp sprocket y ha habido una luz roja encendida desde hace un tiempo, la había cargado durante una hora e imprimí 10 fotos y luego se detuvo, así que pensé que estaba muerta, así que la puse de nuevo en el cargador, pero la luz roja permaneció encendida. ¿La luz roja no está en el lado del cargador, sino en el lado que indica que la alimentación está encendida? ¿Alguna sugerencia? Gracias

Hi my hp sprocket 200 has a steady red light. Is charged, i reset it and is still with the red light. Is that normal?

Is the red light blinking or steady on the sprocket?
The sprocket may need 90 minutes before it is completely charged and the light turns into green.

Reset the printer
On the printer, locate the pin-hole near the charging port, insert a straight pin into the hole to press the reset button until the printer turns off. Restart the printer.
