HP Sprocket sigue parpadeando en rojo

De la nada, la rueda dentada de HP comenzó a parpadear en rojo sin ningún mensaje de error. Nada en la cola y lo restablecí. Nada funcionó y no dejará de parpadear en rojo. Está completamente cargado tiene el papel correcto y está conectado... pero no dejará de parpadear se alimentará a través del papel azul y listo. No imprimirá nada más.
