HP Sprocket 200 no se enciende ni se reinicia

hola, soy nuevo en esto, así que traje el hp sprocket 200 el otro día solo tuve que imprimir una foto, lo apagué y ahora no se enciende ni se restablece. Lo dejé cargado para ver lo que hará y todo lo que muestra es la luz roja, luego se apaga y no hará nada más
