Hp Sprocket 200 imprimiendo con líneas a través del papel

Tengo un problema con mi piñón HP 200. Después de imprimir unas 10 fotos, la impresora se quedó con una hoja de papel atascada. Reinicié la impresora y pasó el papel. Desde entonces, cada foto que imprimo se imprime con líneas a través de ella. Como si la tinta faltara en una línea perfecta a través de la foto. He intentado restablecerlo varias veces y he introducido la hoja azul cada vez. He intentado imprimir 6 veces desde entonces y todavía lo sigue haciendo. El software está actualizado. Incluso intenté usar una nueva pila de papel.

3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
