HP Sprocket 2 en 1 que imprime fotografías en azul

Acabo de comprar la impresora HP Sprocket 2 en 1 y estaba muy emocionado, pero mis fotos se imprimen con un tinte azul.

 

Como contexto, tengo el papel Zink original, mi firmware está actualizado, mi bandeja está limpia, las imágenes son de buena calidad, intenté editar las fotos para ver si eso ayudaría (no fue así). He reiniciado la impresora también. 

 

¿Hay una solución para esto? Estoy muy emocionado de usar esto, pero no quiero el tinte azul en mis fotos.

  • Thanks Shadari. I’ve tried all those steps prior to posting and didn’t have any luck and had no luck with contacting support either.  Hoping someone from HP will answer this thread and we can get some answers.

  • Hey! I’m not going to be able to offer much help because I have a similar issue with a pink/magenta tint. I was so excited to be able to print out images as well. Such a let down. Going to try contacting support to see if they can help.
