Hola, tengo una situación en la que, durante la carga de mi hp sprocket, las luces parpadean en rojo y verde, ¿qué significa? Y si enciendo y cargo, la luz roja está fija, por favor ayúdenme

Lets be honest not misleading
Really unhelpful Sandy from HP. The person has a problem and you post that crap. The problem is the sprocket has been left flat for a prolonged period and the battery is now stuffed. Cheaper to buy a new one than fix it. HP Staff.
