actualización de firmware atascada al 80%

Estoy teniendo el mismo problema. La actualización del firmware está bloqueada al 80%. Me aseguré de que mi impresora y mi teléfono estuvieran cargados al 100% antes de iniciar la actualización. Puedo hacer que mi impresora imprima, pero la calidad de impresión es horrible. El Soporte de HP dijo que lo primero que debe hacer al solucionar problemas de calidad de la foto es asegurarse de que su impresora tenga la última actualización, pero no puedo completar la actualización.

  • Hello @camptlc -  Sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with firmware update. It sounds like you need to “update” your version of the Sprocket iOS app before attempting the firmware update.  You should be running app version 2.03.1 on your phone. A more detailed set of instructions for how to resolve this issue are contained in the support document here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05300073 Hope that helps…
