Aparecen líneas oscuras en mis impresiones

Tengo líneas que aparecen en mis fotos. Intenté reiniciar, pasar la tarjeta naranja nuevamente y cambiar el papel, pero fue en vano. Solo he tenido mi impresora durante 2 meses. ¿Puedo cambiarlo con Hp o necesito ir a Best Buy donde lo compré? Me encantó mi primer juego de fotos, pero me decepcionó y me frustró porque desperdicié papel fotográfico.

  • I tried what was listed, which I had already stated in my original post.  So I ran back through it just in case.  I am wasting paper and continue to have 3 curving or sometimes straight dark lines through my prints.  What else do you recommend?  Or again how do I exchange this product and try again??  Frustrated…

    When was the last time the printer was working fine?
    Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
