¡Hola! Intenté instalar Sprocket en mi iPhone 7 y funcionó bien hasta que tuve que descargar la aplicación y se atascó. Entonces, eliminé la aplicación, hice clic en olvidar este dispositivo para comenzar de nuevo. Y ahora, no importa cuántas veces reinicie mi teléfono y la rueda dentada, el dispositivo no aparece en el menú de Bluetooth como una opción para emparejar.
Sin embargo, el dispositivo funciona, porque pude sincronizarlo con mi ipad. ¿Por qué no funciona en mi móvil? Pude descargar la aplicación Sprocket en mi móvil. He seguido las instrucciones de la aplicación para configurarla, y cuando llega a la pantalla que dice «selecciona un accesorio»... está en blanco.

I understand that you are unable to connect the sprocket.
No worries, I’ll be glad to help you, that said, I’ll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Did you try to do an update?
The HP sprocket app or printer firmware might be outdated, or the printer might be connected to another Apple iOS device.
On your mobile device, go to the HP sprocket app (in English) in the App Store and check for an update.
On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app and make sure the printer firmware is up-to-date.
Turn off the Bluetooth feature on any nearby Apple iOS devices, and then try to reconnect your Apple iOS device.
