Imágenes de piñones de colores no brillantes

Hice esto, pero los míos todavía están imprimiendo basura, no son lo suficientemente brillantes y la foto que estoy imprimiendo es clara y brillante, pero sale clara y basura.

    Don’t worry I’ll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 
     
    Use genuine HP Sprocket Photo Paper.
     
    Follow the below steps to reset the sprocket

    Turn on the printer.

    Locate the reset button near the charging port.

    Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.
    The printer resets and turns off.

    Turn on the printer.
