No se puede descargar Sprocket a través de Google Play

Llevo 3 horas intentando descargar sprocket de la tienda de aplicaciones de Google. Tengo un Samsung s9. He intentado todas las soluciones de problemas y nada funciona.

Are there any error messages? Can you access the internet from your phone? I just deleted the Sprocket app on my S8 and downloaded the new version from the Play Store without any issues.
