Rueda dentada nueva más cargada que no enciende

Hola, acabamos de recibir una nueva rueda dentada plus. Se cargó hasta que la luz se puso verde pero no se enciende. Manteniendo presionado el botón, papel cargado y he intentado restablecer con un alfiler

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeI see that the printer does not power on, if you have already performed the steps from the document Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
