Tono azul sobre imágenes

Tengo una rueda dentada hp y está imprimiendo todas mis imágenes en azul, la he restablecido, he utilizado la herramienta varita en la configuración de edición, me he asegurado de que esté actualizada, la he restablecido, me he asegurado de que tenga una buena batería, utilicé la tarjeta azul que viene con el papel para limpiarla y subí el brillo.
¿No sé qué hacer?
