cuando empiezo a imprimir con mi Sprocket, la aplicación se cierra repentinamente pero la impresora está conectada y actualizada; Tengo un iPhone con iOS 9; el verano pasado la App funciona pero ahora no se como solucionar este problema

I’ve a simple Sprocket (not a Studio or a Plus one) and I’ve already tried the advices and procedures suggested by the links you kindly sent me but I couldn’t find anything about this specific problem (nothing mentioned about the App) : it seems to be a bug on the App.
