Los dispositivos Android no se conectarán

He emparejado mi sprocket con mi teléfono y pad, pero ninguno de los dispositivos se conecta. He probado reseteando el sprocket, desinstalando y reinstalando la aplicación, olvidando y reparando en ambos dispositivos. Todo fue en vano. No puedo actualizar el sistema operativo sin conectarme, así que no tengo idea de qué hacer a continuación. Cualquier ayuda apreciada.

Thanks for the reply. Since you’ve tried all the possible steps and the issue is not resolved, I suggest you to contact HP tech support and they would further help you. Issue will be taken care of, cheers

Thanks for the suggestions, I’ve tried every itteration but it will still not connect. I suspect the Sprocket’s opperating system needs updating but I can’t seem to do this without it connecting.
