SPROCKET

I BROUGHT AN HP SPROCKET 100 A WEEK BACK FROM AN HP WORLD STORE (WEST TAMBARAM, CHENNAI, INDIA). I COULD NOT CHECK THE SPROCKET WHILE BUYING BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CHARGE IN THE DEVICE. THE QUALITY OF THE PRINT IS BAD AND ALSO THE SPROCKET DOESN'T HOLD ANY CHARGE

I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO THE STORE WHERE I BROUGHT THE DEVICE FROM, THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS RUDE. I WANT AN REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND URGENTLY!!!!
