  • Thanks for replying. Just let you know. I have tried my iPad and it worked fine. Now I confirm this problem is from the latest iPhone iOS 13 updates. You can temporarily use other systems if you have. HP engineers please help fix. Thanks

  • The same thing is happening with me. I’ve tried to fix it following different steps online but it hasn’t worked. So frustrating
