My Sprocket won't turn on but has been charged

I'm having the same problem!! Hp needs to stand behind their product and issue a recall or at least exchange for us!

  • I understand you recommending to reset it but in order to do that you have to be able to turn it on. I just got it as a Christmas present and would hate to tell the person that the gift they got me only worked once to print out three pictures

  • Hi @woodruff007 Welcome to the HP Forums! Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it’s a great place to find answers. I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not turning on. Don’t worry, I’d love to help you in this regard. In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details. 

    When was the last time the printer was working fine?
    Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

     
    Meanwhile, I recommend you to reset the printer and check if it helps.
     
    Here is how it is done –
     

    Turn on the printer.
    Locate the reset button near the charging port.Figure : Locating the reset button
    Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.The printer resets and turns off.
    Turn on the printer.

     
    If the issue persists, please contact HP phone support to check the available service options.
