Cannot download Sprocket via google play

3 hours ve been trying to download sprocket from the Google app store. I've an Samsung s9. I've tried all the troubleshooting and nothing is working

Are there any error messages? Can you access the internet from your phone? I just deleted the Sprocket app on my S8 and downloaded the new version from the Play Store without any issues.
