Yellow tint photo problem

HI Customer Support team,

 

i have a problem with the outcome from hp sprocket that every photo seems to be yellow tint even though already updated the firmware. could you please help me fix this. thank you.

  • Having the same quality issues, but also after printing the one yellow photo, the ink is out.

  • Just purchased today and my photos look yellowed and too warm. My pics come from Iphone7SPlus and are HDR so it’s not my pics.

  • Yes me too pictures not clear at all like it is on my iPhone.
