Yellow hue on prints

There is a yellow hue on all prints. I have tried to fix by altering the colour before printing in the app and other programs, but nothing works. I have that latest software. Seems many, many others have the same problem. Answers from HP don't work. I give these to pics to clients, but not anymore, too embarrassed. I would not have bought this product if I knew the prints were this bad. HP should not have released this product until it had fixed this MAJOR fault.  Surely a company like HP has the knowledge to fix this, or invest in finding one. Would not advise anyone to purchase.  CRAP!
