Won’t connect to Bluetooth

Posted by cmp2020 on

Does anyone know how to contact HP to get a repair on a sprocket? It won’t connect to Bluetooth at all. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps but still nothing. So frustrating!

  • I’m having the same issue. I can’t connect. I’ve done all the steps – restarting, checking location, removing other bluetooth items, and nothing is connecting.

  • Hi thanks for getting back to me. I can’t even find the support options from the link you sent. I have messaged hp via Facebook too but haven’t heard back. Sprocket is still not connecting to Bluetooth and have gone through all the steps again. Sounds like it is a hardware failure as you suggested, how can I arrange for this to be resolved? Thanks
