The red and green light flashes as I plug the USB to charge. My sprocket 100 is not turning on.

As I plug the usb to charge the sprocket, the lights flash red and green and when it disconnect the USB it goes off. When I hold the power button the device doesn’t turn on at all. I have charged it for 4 hours but yet it isn’t working at all. It is not appearing  on my phone’s Bluetooth devices list as well. The device isn’t turning on at all.

  • Mine just flashes red repeatedly and I’ve tried the reset option – made no difference. There’s obviously a problem with the battery

  • @Raju614, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Let us try to reset the printer, here is how you do it-

    Reset your sprocket

    Turn on the Sprocket.

Remove the Paper Cover, and then use a narrow object, such as a pen or paperclip, to press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds until the Sprocket turns off.
    NOTE:
The location of the Reset button varies by Sprocket model. Typically, the button is located underneath the Paper Cover, but can also be found on the outside next to the charging port.

Example of resetting the HP Sprocket Select Photo Printer

    Turn on the Sprocket.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
