The HP Sprocket app keeps crashing

Whenever I try to print a picture off of my HP Sprocket, the app crashes whenever I press the picture in my gallery.

Hello. I’m trying to print a couple pictures for a friend. And the app lets me get in, but when I try to click to print the app crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But still crashes. Is there another way to fix this?

I’d like to help!

What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

Meanwhile, try and uninstall the app and renstall it and then try and print.
