Sproket not charging

I have a Sproket that I have only used a few times.  I can't get it to charge.  When plugged into the charger, the red light comes on, during the charging process it flashes red/white but never goes to green.  I have had it a little over a year so it's no longer in warranty.  Is there anything I can do?
