I have just purchased a sprocket 200, i have got home, unboxed it and plugged it in! I am unable to turn the sprocket on and the charging light is continuously flashing red. I have left it for half an hour and still nothing. I have tried the trouble shooting on the website and it doesnt seem to be working. I cant view the issue on the app, because it wont turn on for me to be able to connect it. Any help would be appreciated.
