Sprocket won’t print

My sprocket will not print out any photos. It turns on and sounds like the wheel is moving inside but nothing comes out and then it says I need to put in more paper cause it’s empty (it’s not).

I choose a photo, hit “print to sprocket “ but the photo then does a quick “shrink” and the comes back to normal size. This only happens with some photos. Others print just fine. The printer light is green, everything looks fine. It just seems like the printer rejects certain photos. Are there some photos that just have too much color? Help please!

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeIf you have already performed the steps from the document ’Out of Paper’ Error with Paper Loaded and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
