Sprocket Won’t Connect To My iPhone

I just got my Sprocket about a week ago. Unfortunately it hasn’t been able to connect with my iPhone at all since I got it. I made sure it was fully charged, the film was loaded correctly, the Bluetooth on my phone was on and I tried restarting both my phone and the Sprocket multiple times, but it has never connected or shown up as an available device to connect with in my settings app. How do I get my Sprocket to work. Should I take it back?
