Sprocket won't accept the printer which I had previocusly used

Had not used my Christmas gift since then with busy after holidays and now the virus.... want to print pictures but it now says error with printer.

    Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to use the sprocket to print. I’d be happy to assist you.

    Which device are you trying to print from?
    Which model sprocket are you using?

    Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
