Sprocket will not load some images

Some of the photos prexisting in my gallery will not load for printing.
Other images from the same folder will work, so it is not a folder glitch. The Bluetooth is connected. The paper is in. All ware is uptodate and batteries are charged.
I have also checked file sizes, bigger sized and smaller sized images have worked, so it's not an issue with that either.
And I have turned everything off and on again.
Is this just an unfortunate glitch?

Welcome to HP forums, I see that your sprocket does not print some images and you have tried multiple troubleshooting steps.
Reset the sprocket device.
Make sure the printer is on.
Remove the paper cover.
Locate the Reset button.
With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.
The printer resets and turns off.
Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.
