sprocket suddenly lost connection to Iphone XS

My sprocket suddenly won't connect via bluetooth to my iPhone. Both fully charged. The sprockets product no is Z3Z91A and serial no [edited]. My software is updated, I've tried to reset both the App and the Sprocket, nothing helps. It catch up to my bluetooth settings as if they're connected. starting the printing proces, I'm told they're not conneted.
Can I be helped?
