Sprocket prints pink, streaky and black borders

Hello, 

I have a problem with my sprocket where I get prints with pink hues and then on the border there are thin black/blue lines like it didn’t print on the whole. And when I would print out photos of the sky it’s just so streaky. I have also read the other posts on here and followed+checked their suggestions. I do use Zink paper and the software is updated since I reset it cause I was also having troubles with pairing with it and turning it on. After resetting, I even loaded up the coloured card but nothing changed. I have also tried editing the photos in the actual app and with a different photo editing app but I really just wasted prints since it didn’t get any better. Please help, I am open to any suggestions. Thank you!
