Sprocket plus prints withThick white line every time

I’ve wasted almost 30 genuine HP photo paper/stickers trying to sort out this issue.
my sprocket plus is not even 24rs old and every print has a thick white line on the left, cutting out significant amount of pic. It’s infuriating. I’ve tried all the obvious. Anyone had same issues and were able to actually resolve this problem?? Plz help!!
