New, never used. I used the paper that came with the printer. Used Quality card first according to manual, loadet it with printpaper face down, and then i keeps feeding out paper until it jams. Have reset the printer, reset iPhone, read and followed all HP suggestions, but i keeps feed out paper as soon as i turn it on. 100% battery, firmware 1.0.5 no update to find in app. ios 13.4 and tested with 13.3 .
It simply dont work, it keep up feeding out all paper. then i jams.
It has been accepted as an DOA.
