Sprocket not connecting and printing blanks

Hi there,


I bought my sprocket a few years ago now and have never had an issue. Then maybe a week ago I went to print with my sprocket and it would not turn on so I charged it. Now it turns on briefly connects to my phone then starts the printing queue, disconnects and prints all the pages that are loaded blank.


i have tried everything, reset the sprocket, forgotten the device and reconnected them, used new paper, re-loaded the sprocket, charged the sprocket ect and nothing seems to be working. Every time I connect the sprocket it disconnects and prints these blank pages and will keep printing Len like spinning until i press the reset button and then the power doesn’t respond and it will turn on randomly.


i have no firmware updates and my iPhone is updated to the most recent iOS.


is there anything else I can do?
