Sprocket does not work on iOS 11.2 very sad. Works perfect on old android

Plz fix. I am considering returning it if it does not work on my iPhone

  • Hi @Gallonsofink -  Sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with connectivity through the sprocket app. It sounds like you need to “update” your version of the Sprocket iOS app, then attempt a firmware update on your device.  You should be running app version 2.03.1 on your phone. A more detailed set of instructions for how to resolve this issue are contained in the support document here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05300073 Hope that helps…

    As I understand you are facing issues with the sprocket app on Ios 11.2.
     
    There is a firmware update to be released soon which would fix this issue. Please wait for a while, for that firmware to be tested and released.
