Following the recent software upgrade my Sprocket app no longer shows my facebook images. It tries to load but the icon just spins and spins. I've tried:
- Removing and re-installing the app
- Logging in and out of Facebook
- Clearing the app cache
My Instagram, Google and Gallery all load. I can even see that Facebook is logged in correctly as it shows my profile picture.
Any other ideas how I can get the pictures to load?

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
Try updating the facebook app
Make sure the phone is up to date.
Open the HP sprocket app.
Tap the Menu icon , tap sprocket, and then tap Printer Settings.
The Sprocket information screen displays.
Look for a Sprocket firmware upgrade.
If a firmware upgrade displays, tap Get Firmware Upgrade and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.
If a firmware upgrade does not display, the Sprocket firmware is up-to-date.
You can now connect and send print jobs to your Sprocket and check if it works?
If the issue persists, Reset the Sprocket using the below steps.
Turn on the printer.
Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
Keep me posted, how it goes!
