sprocket 200 does not connect to any device bluethood

hi guys, asking for a headacke that i have with this litle device, the sprocket 200 does not recognize my phone or any phone, i reseted more than once and even restore from fabric and nothing happen, i used and print some pritty good photos but now, does not appear , and by following some advice i deleted from my phone to get it like new and i found myself in this bucle.
please help!!
