sprocket 2 in 1 will not power down or link to android

This question was previously posted by someone else and the reply received was not helpful.

I had the same issue and found the RESET pin located in the paper compartment of the 2 in 1.

Open the paper compartment and use a paper clip to reset the printer which will restore use of the power button and Bluetooth connectivity.
