My sprocket used to work fine but now my phone can't connect to it. I have reset it and forgotten and reconnected via Bluetooth. However the phone says there's an error during setup. When I loaded the HP Sprocket App onto a new phone it says that pairing is unsuccessful and HP Sprocket (46:E4) is not supported. It must be that the app has updated but it no longer works with a Sprocket 100. Is there any way to make it work? I can't update firmware as the phone never lists the printer.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
